Character 1: Medieval Anime Warrior
Cute but strongly feared warrior. She dons a silver dragon-hilted sword. Her character is quite heavily aesthetically inspired by Casca from Berserk. She wears silver tarnished armour. She has a silvery lilac pixie framing her face with spindly bangs, and bulging antenna attachments where antlers would be. Her cheeks are flushed pink and her eyes are wide and sad.
Character 2: Cyberpunk Go-Karter
Fembot cyborg. Her skin is partially removed and split, revealing the biomech metal underneath. Semi-inspired by the shit film AI. She is a professional go-kart racer and wears a carved helmet with a superflat maximalist anime print which matches the decal on her go-kart.
Character 3: Orc Princess
She guards a swirly, whimsical gate carved from steel. She wears radiant, soft, exaggerated dolly anime makeup. Her nose bridge is wide, as are her eyes. She has a jutting, scaly face, and sharp teeth.
Notions for World:
My thoughts … The characters are temporally expansive from medieval fantasy to cyberpunk futures, and multi-species humanoid.
So – The boundaries between dimensions, time, and realms of existence have become blurred. Magic and technology co-exist in a kaleidoscopic reality. There are factions which separate the lands; some run on magic, some on advanced technology. Each imports products and services from the other to support their micro-civilisations – i.e. there are also white and black markets of magic and tech products and services that slip between the factions. Generally, citizens stay within their lands, but there are some who itch for something more, who have a nomadic temperament and are flushed with the desire to travel through all lands and move towards a maximalist cyberfantasy future.
At the centre of this realm there is a vortex of energy, a gateway between realms. Guarding this nexus stands the Medieval Anime Warrior, a cute but strongly feared warrior whose duty it is to maintain the delicate balance between two lands. Armed with her steel-forged blade and clad in armour adorned with intricate runes, she stands vigilant, ensuring that no malevolent forces cross the threshold unchallenged.
Beyond the Nexus lie the fractured lands, each with its own distinct character and inhabitants. One such realm is the Cyberpunk Wasteland, a metal-drenched cityscape where advanced technology and cybernetic enhancements are the norm. Here, the Cyberpunk Go-Karter navigates the treacherous streets on her souped-up go-kart, her biomechanical body a testament to the fusion of flesh and machine that defines this world. Her mechanics are synced with her go-kart – it is more like a daemon than a vehicle, and it means she can move with extra precision but feels its battle scars as her own. With a gritted grin and a ready hand, she funds her nomadic lifestyle by moving between cyber lands and competing in dangerous races.
In stark contrast, the Savage Wildlands are home to the Orc Princess and her kin, a proud race of warriors whose society is steeped in ancient traditions and sorcery. Amidst the rugged terrain and towering forests, the Orc Princess is represented by her steel, swirly gate, emblematic of the separation of reams. Her radiant aura diffuses from her harsh yet delicate appearance.
Whispers speak of a coming convergence, where the realms will align, and the fate of all worlds will hang in the balance.
In this ever-shifting tapestry of worlds, the Medieval Anime Warrior, the Cyberpunk Go-Karter, and the Orc Princess each play a pivotal role, their paths destined to intertwine in ways they cannot yet fathom. The character you choose will be fundamental in creating this new world.
